Unfortunately I don’t think any bank will finance this home due to its unfinished condition, plus it is a two-unit condo with the other being the retail building in front (chiropractor).
Nice views, inoffensive finishes, but hauling groceries to the third floor is going to get old fast.
Is there a garage?
It was finished, but then somebody “unfinished” it by ripping everything out. Some of the previous listings for it show a fully buffed-out house. Foreclosure does funny things to people I guess.
