After you pay repair/improvement costs, a 2.5% commission, holding costs, and income taxes – not to mention the risk involved – is this flip worth the trouble? The agent had in his remarks that the last sale of this model was $848,000, wouldn’t you think he’d try for similar?:
Not sure what these guys are smoking. They bought this place below for 703k and now have it listed for 745k. Another high end looser.

They just relisted for 799. They must have gotten around to finally installing those solid gold faucets.
Seriously, though, flipping isn’t what it used to be. Now it involves work, and other stuff. Like planning! Yikes! Count me out.

Redfin only shows the top range of a listed property. If you go to another website (Or the MLS)you will see its liked for 745k-799k.
