Being close to the beach with some ocean view was considered a real positive at the peak, but in today’s environment, will buyers overlook the negatives?

    Even at those reduced prices, that traffic noise would be the deal breaker for me. Not a bad layout though.

    Jim thank you for the Archie Bunker flush in the first unit, that was classic.

    I would say that view is about worthless because what there is to see is easily trumped by what there is to hear and smell. In fact you can probably taste that smoke as well, so there is another sensory input for you. Yum.
