That’s going too close the homes. If I owned a house in Fairbanks and they got to close…I would be tempted to use a pellet gun, because I would be mad.
It should be banned when you get too close.
Here in Fort Collins we have a different sort of aerial risk factors….a rogue crop duster buzzing homes (and balloons too).

I was lounging in my backyard jacuzzi when a balloon flew by overhead. I just waved at them.
