I believe from riding my bike out that direction that this is a gated neighborhood and paved road to the rock lot as well correct?
Not as remote as most people would think in Vista.
I thought someone would want to finish out the house on the main level just to have that massive garage/man cave below. That’s a very attractive space for a car collection/gun range/bowling lane/gym/workshop.
Anyway, as I commented last time Jim posted this; the rocks really pick up the colors of the sunset. Quite cool.
