Nice! Antique feel with modern amenities. Too bad it’s pending already or I’d snatch it up! (I wish.)
OMG! Hansel and Gretel’s house. Too “artsy and crafty ” and I cannot stand it. YUK !
Looks like enhanced photos.
SWEET I’m movin’ in.
Looks like the Gamble House by Greene & Greene, which is also in Pasadena.
Regarding the photos, they are enhanced, looks like a mild HDR treatment which gives them more depth, then turn up the saturation and warm up the colors. Borders on cartoonish in my opinion, just doesn’t seem real.
Is there some app that realtors use for this?
It seems like most listing photos are either dimly lit grainy junk shot with a flip phone or overdone photoshop enhanced wet-down-the-pavement type shots.
From the outside, it is difficult to tell it was built in 1991. Blends beautifully the other craftsman’s of Pasadena. Landscaping is incredible.
The one concern would be if/when the 710 freeway ever gets connected to the 210, one will not be able to hear themselves think.
Yes, it’s HDR. In any case, it’s quite a nice house. Not for everyone, but what house is?
