The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. The home has amazing details!
Listening to all of them, though, it reminded me that people can get very carried away with the details. Building such a home and only being worth half the cost, is the reason I have never built my own home. One starts to obsess over the hinges and light switch covers (or Italian glass pool tiles) and suddenly you have a $12M house worth $6.3M.
I’m surprised that went for 6.3. I should be more surprised it cost 12 to build. It’s good to know that the beach is NOT priceless. That guy with all his experience should have reined himself in on…..hindsight speaking.
