Tasteful upgrades plus clean and tidy isn’t enough these days – buyers want the extras for free, or a great price. The 2011 selling season is over, and while everyone would like a mortgage rate in the low-4s, buyers are comfortable that there will be others:
I like the upstairs a lot (except for that stinker of a kitchen window view). The LR view is super and the kitchen is nicely updated. Downstairs is a lot less impressive. The bedrooms have a really cave-like vibe. It’s unfortunate that so much of the square footage is on the first floor. I like the landscaping, though.
1.85 million is hard to swallow for this, but it’s not my market.
Congrats on your marketing approach with the tailored client site. I had meant to suggest that a few months ago but forgot. I’m constantly amazed at how few R/E firms are leveraging real-time technology. Instead of fluffy brochures and cheezy big-hair video most buyers want serious conversations about, well, what you tend to discuss. Great work.
