More ppl should consider San Diego:
• Most underrated city in the world
• Ton of smart talent (w/ ucsd, usd, sdsu)
• Access to Mexico-TJ borders
• 8th most largest city in US
• Solid food, music, art scene
• Great beaches everywhere
What else am I missing?
“Hi Kevin, I wanted to check in to see if you were interested in selling your property”
Do this 50 times a day, work under a superstar broker, sound normal, and be prepared to provide great market info.
You’re a millionaire in a few years.
So when you picking up the helicopter Jim?
A remote control hellicopter with a video camera attached would give the same effect at a fraction of the cost.
Aerial views? BAH!
I want the view from the street. I want to be inside. I want see the obscene luxury CLOSE UP!!
Oh…and the narrator needs some coaching. You get a dang helicopter and video the big castles….um read a little life into the script man.
Narrator – yea, where is Robin Leach when you need him. . .only Robin can use the word FABULOUS ten times in a sentence and not make the audience laugh.
Robin Leach always made me laugh. 😉
BTW, excellent new photo, Jim. And good luck with the private videos–sounds like a good differentiator that lets you really demonstrate your strengths.
What – No ice cream truck ?!
Agree w/#6. No ice cream trucks = no sale.
What a sad & pretentious video. The only thing missing was a closing shot with champagne and caviar buckets framed with gold-plated cherubs. Maybe next video. LMAO
Well, they missed a lot of the big estates in RSF. Bill Davidson’s home is my favorite….what a stunning property, look and location! That man knows how to build some fantastic homes.
That Rancho Santa Fe place that’s on a lot of land (the one where he says “it’s quite a sight from the air”….has some of the best landscaping out of any house…anywhere. Back in my crazy HS days, me and a friend (don’t tell) hopped the fence and walked around the property. It has different sections…tropical, native, desert…etc. They have a full blown soccer field, a tennis court that built into a hillside, with one half literally floating in the air. The racquetball court is built into the hillside….it’s unbelievable.
Personally, my favorite RSF house for sale is this:

I could go on and on about my favorite homes in SD…but that’s one of them. My favorites are big RSF estates on acres of land.
And I’m working on finding a time that works well for the baseball tickets. My parents have been super busy with work, the house we’re building and my Grandma passed away….so it’s been kinda hectic.
