The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. They carefully listened to us and worked with us to identify the best and quickest path to listing within 2 weeks to take advantage of the low inventory conditions in our South Carlsbad neighborhood. Well, they missed a lot of the big estates in RSF. Bill Davidson’s home is my favorite….what a stunning property, look and location! That man knows how to build some fantastic homes.
That Rancho Santa Fe place that’s on a lot of land (the one where he says “it’s quite a sight from the air”….has some of the best landscaping out of any house…anywhere. Back in my crazy HS days, me and a friend (don’t tell) hopped the fence and walked around the property. It has different sections…tropical, native, desert…etc. They have a full blown soccer field, a tennis court that built into a hillside, with one half literally floating in the air. The racquetball court is built into the hillside….it’s unbelievable.

I could go on and on about my favorite homes in SD…but that’s one of them. My favorites are big RSF estates on acres of land.
And I’m working on finding a time that works well for the baseball tickets. My parents have been super busy with work, the house we’re building and my Grandma passed away….so it’s been kinda hectic.
