The second house could sell, if only Saddam Hussein were alive and house-hunting. I kind of like parts of it, but it just doesn’t cohere stylistically.

Jim,
A little OT, but do you have any recommendations on vinyl window or fiberglass door businesses?
By selling to an employee to drive the price, it sounds like fraud in the inducement. And 1 million+ just disappears? That is truly mind boggling.

Ont the first one, why in the world would anyone put the roof drain in with no collector and downspout? Medieval cathedrals had gargoyles to carry the water away from the walls, so it’s not like it’s anything new to get the water away from the wall. As you say, it’s fixable.
