If I were moving to San Diego I’d buy that house (of course, after my wife approved).

Yep, better plans. Interesting insight on the smaller homes. It’ll be interesting to see which way those go in terms of $/sf.
Though that intersection is destined to be a choke point.
If that guy with the Porsche drove a classic Ranchero he might be able to afford to walk to the surf.

Yes, that is a very good looking house with a well thought out interior. The office is a nice touch because it is easily accessible but out of sight.
However, no matter how well a house is priced and design I can never get over the fishbowl feeling I would get staring into my neighbors windows. Too close for comfort. It is bad enough to have an unruly neighbor that you can hear, but an unruly neighbor that you see EVERY minute of EVERY day?
