Lived in OB during school. You get use to the planes (your at work during the day) so you don’t hear them. There are less planes in the evening and on the weekends.
I would look into sound from above and how many parking spaces.
But that place will be sold within 7 days.
The planes are much more frequent in the summer in OB. The airport is north of this condo so a lot of times they take off and fly over the OB jettie instead.
