The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. They carefully listened to us and worked with us to identify the best and quickest path to listing within 2 weeks to take advantage of the low inventory conditions in our South Carlsbad neighborhood. He was in constant communication explaining potential buyer reaction and strength. As he predicted offers began to come in on Saturday and each one was incrementally higher than the last. So close together, its like living at the beach, without the water.
When I was in high school in NW Houston in the late 70’s zero lot homes were introduced as “patio homes” a strange concept since most homes were on huge lots. Model patio homes had pools that filled the patio area and were marketed for you to envision floating in your pool instead of doing yard work. The street scene is garage doors and block walls, but they looked nice once inside your little fortress. They were cheap and sold like wildfire. Here’s a street scene:

Yes, Carmel Valley beats the traffic. The county fair sucks for anyone north of Del Mar Heights. I hope Del Mar buys the racetrack, keeps the races but sends the fair elsewhere.
