Three months ago newly listed condos for sale would be lucky to get 2-3 showings their first week.
Today we got ten showing requests within 3 Hours of a unit going on the market.
It's unbelievable how quickly the market can change
Is the housing market resilient to rising rates? Context matters and each rising-rate era is different. Even if rising rates persist in 2021, the context is good for the housing market. https://blog.firstam.com/economics/why-the-housing-market-can-thrive-if-a-new-rising-rate-era-begins
This home is very well done. But I don’t like the “blind bid” process. Zero transparency in a market that is fraught with traps.
Very, very nice place.
I think the $12M cost is probably embellished just a tad.
The property next door is for sale for $6M.

Stunning house, impressive video production as well. Bringing in the architect/designer separates it from the typical sales pitch.
Well built, nice ideas, but, way too heavy on the cliches. This home defines “contemporary” and should not be confused with modern.
Was expecting to see those two Australian guys at some point in the video!
The house is spectacular. I’ve been in it and I watched it as it was built….our friends live a couple houses down (I like their house better). This one is just a bit much, but it is beautiful and I love the copper sliding doors. It really is a WOW experience.
I was just on the beach there yesterday and I hope the potential buyers noticed that the gate going to the beach is rusting and the cement on top of the stacked rock wall (which is very cool)….has a couple cracks. And it isn’t as white as it was when it started, looks like it could use some upkeep on the backside.
It is a very nice stretch of beach though and quite an eclectic blend of homes!
Amazing, thanks for sharing. Incredible!
