More ppl should consider San Diego:
• Most underrated city in the world
• Ton of smart talent (w/ ucsd, usd, sdsu)
• Access to Mexico-TJ borders
• 8th most largest city in US
• Solid food, music, art scene
• Great beaches everywhere
What else am I missing?
“Hi Kevin, I wanted to check in to see if you were interested in selling your property”
Do this 50 times a day, work under a superstar broker, sound normal, and be prepared to provide great market info.
You’re a millionaire in a few years.
That’s not nearly as bad as some of the others you’ve shown. Aside from the missing toilet and sink there doesn’t appear to be much damage.
A junk removal container and two or three illegal aliens could have that place looking better in no time.
It’s amazing to me that there are so many of these still going through the system. Why won’t the banks just flush them all and get ’em done?
Sounds like the landscaper has a line on the so-called “shadow” inventory.
Oh, and I like that totally deadpan “under a million” comment. 😉
It`s a 1965 Dart. Should have looked under the hood after seeing that tach on the dashboard.
Sorry.
What’s your blog address?
“Oh, and I like that totally deadpan “under a million” comment.”
That’s why I’m here – made me laugh out loud.
Jim,
I think swm was suggesting that the after-market tach meant there may have been more performance goodies to admire under the hood, not that it positively id’d it as a ’65. Your audience shares your appreciation of horsepower.
Just viewed the next REO vid, and “paging Tom Tarrant” was exactly what I was thinking, too. 🙂
Congrats on unloading that “premium” REO so fast.
Those trash out crews get a pretty penny for what they do.
I was involved in a transaction last month where the vendor charged B of A $760 for a job that took a couple of guys a half day to clean a unit out.
Those guys probably make more money in couple of weeks than many short sale agents make in a year.
Sad… Now that the deadbeat scammers are gone. A year and a half later and neighbors are begging for someone new to move in.
“Jim the Realtor bringing sanity back to the neighborhood”. Hilarious.
“Jim the Realtor bringin’ some sanity back to the neighborhood…”
My two cents? Jim ALWAYS brings sanity to Real Estate Land. Great video, as always, JtR!
I’m Here, I’m Here. I’m kinda liking the Bisby Lake rancher for a possible mid century modern project but not sure if there would be enough meat on the bones. Jim, can you get me in to look at it once pricing is established? Thanks for lookin out guys.
Those sliding door/window tracks delimiting the front room make me wonder if it’s an un-permitted add-on.
But yeah, so far it mostly looks like clutter. I’m sure the house’s real problems, if any, will be revealed when it’s all shoveled out.
Nice touch that they left the champagne.
