I seem to remember looking at one of those about 3 years ago at about $550k (and backed away because it had multiple bids). that one did have a better view, though.
$670 hoa? holy cow. That adds, what, about 110K to the price?
There was a 80K special assessment per unit to renovate the the whole complex, which they did. Part of the HOA ($170) is the assessment.
