As I was watching that, I was thinking, isn’t that a restricted area with no trespassing allowed? I guess the answer is, yes. 🙂
As of two days ago, Lindbergh Field has had just a little over normal precipitation so far for this winter (64th percentile). So not a particularly wet winter. Interesting that they’re releasing water.

That video quality was excellent… drove by there today and was surprised to see the water overflowing.
My guess is that it’s normal for Lake Hodges to overflow every year, but we’ve been in the middle of a drought the last few years.
