Basically we have bottomed. there are great deals on many homes out there for buyers who can deal and still many homes which are offered -not dealing – overpriced. Those who list too high will only eventually move to a market clearing price. The controlled release of new inventory confirms pricing will be controlled as well. Qualification restrictions mean that volumes are down. bad for brokers but lower volumes probably supportive for pricing. Only skin in the game buyers qualify. isn’t that what we all really want? you will see selective moves lower but you better be quick with cash for any Good deal. pent-up demand, for pricing and supply constraints mean if you find the right House it wont be languishing long at the right price.
