    I think first time buyers looking in entry level housing will be lucky in 2011 – especially if they are willing to pick up a fixer and put in some sweat equity.

    Cash buyers will continue to be the luckiest of all.

    Sooner or later the government will have to realize the failure of this extend and pretend campaign and stop propping up the market. Only then will we get an idea of where the true bottom really is.

    Or China demands full payment on all debts owed to them. How much of the US debt does China own at this time?
