Three months ago newly listed condos for sale would be lucky to get 2-3 showings their first week.
Today we got ten showing requests within 3 Hours of a unit going on the market.

I think first time buyers looking in entry level housing will be lucky in 2011 – especially if they are willing to pick up a fixer and put in some sweat equity.
Cash buyers will continue to be the luckiest of all.

The lake looked high altitude like somewhere near big bear to me.
Sooner or later the government will have to realize the failure of this extend and pretend campaign and stop propping up the market. Only then will we get an idea of where the true bottom really is.
I’m guessing Lake Cuyamaca?
“If China crash, it will not be a pretty 2011.”
Or China demands full payment on all debts owed to them. How much of the US debt does China own at this time?
