More ppl should consider San Diego:
• Most underrated city in the world
• Ton of smart talent (w/ ucsd, usd, sdsu)
• Access to Mexico-TJ borders
• 8th most largest city in US
• Solid food, music, art scene
• Great beaches everywhere
What else am I missing?

A little ahead of my day, but I’ve just gotta say it–“Those were the days!” Nice, simple fun! Did anyone happen to notice how much thicker base of the bluffs looked–it has been eroding at a tremendous rate–I can’t imagine in another 30-40 years! I’ll stay a bit inland thanks.
Jim… you credited the wrong blog. The blog name is: http://www.theleucadiablog.com/

Long before my time. But in my minds eye when I look at Oceanside, Carlsbad etc etc you can really imagine that it was special back in the day.
Great video Jim!
