It looks like summer is finally here…for a couple of days anyway.
It’ll mean more people will be out and about, seeing stuff like this around town:

The license plate on the Corvette was UNIQE66. Probably a 1966 model. Not sure what makes it unique.
I can relate to those B of A protesters. I got sued by B of A in their capacity as servicer for a toxic Countrywide mortgage pool for quiet title last week in connection with a property they have adjacent to mine where I refuse to acknowledge their right to access through my property.
The access they are trying to preserve is for a squatter in a property they have been doing nothing with for over a year after they took it back in foreclosure.
B of A truly is out of control.
Two things: the Pontiac Grand Prix started production in 1962 (the car in your video looked to be a 1965 or 66) and you missed the obvious slithering snake/real estate agent joke.
Nice Jackson Browne song during the sunset: “These Days”.
She’s not telling people its Drew Brees’ house in Fairbainks Highlands…while she’s telling people its Drew Brees’ house.. “..now I don’t tell everyone this, but for you honey….this is Drew Brees’ house”.
Makes me feel special when they just tell me…
Those SEIU dimwits would have the government give each of them a home if they could have their way. Bunch of DMV employees.

Pretty awesome, now that it’s time to wear a wetsuit again.
This is the first summer since I can remember that the water didn’t hit 70. World’s best climate, my ass.
Genius, Wear a wetsuit again??? Hell, this summer’s been so cold and crappy that today was the first day this whole summer that there were a couple guys out without full wetsuits. Last summer, I remember bare-backing it from June thru early Oct.
Add flat to your description and that pretty much sums everything up. I’m paying good money to live here, dammit. Who turned off the waves?
Kingside,
That is messed up. Are they the former owners, or are they vagrant bums who moved in after the foreclosure?
There is a long story behind this, but it is an income property in which it appears a very aggressive post foreclosure squatter decided to move in.
Anybody know why the fairbanks highlands homes all have the drainage ditch under the driveway?
Hope somebody takes care of that squatter problem. It’s amazing that people are allowed to do this. Apparently, law enforcement doesn’t really like to get involved. (????)
Good luck!
