   Does anybody have an idea how much this will rent for? If it’s below my guess of $1,500 a month, and they are going to pay more than $140k, they are overpaying, IMHO.

   I think it ends up as a bunkhouse for the illegal aliens who keep our economy humming. Don’t even need to redo kitchen, just stick a fridge in there for cerveza and a stove for some random cooking. Rent for $100 a head a month to 12-15 guys.
