These talking heads are idiots.
Banks need to take their medicine. The only way people learn not to invest in poor investments is to get burned.
Kick out the deadbeats. Let the market take over. Allow price deflation to occur and suddenly all problems are solved. Business will pick up because homeowners are spending less on the house and more on the economy.
The ONLY people that benefit from government intervention in the houseing market are bankers.
