A reader asked about the under-$500,000 market.

While you might think it is red-hot, all buyers are picky these days – and sellers still have to get the price right.  Our latest contest features an REO listing in RP that has yet to deserve an offer:

    I don’t know, I thought it was pretty damn funny.

    It shocked the hell out of me when you got out of your car and started running up the hill!

    The other drivers must have though you had to pinch a loaf when they saw that little number!

    You could even pre-position a rope ladder on the top of the retaining wall to reduce your chance of injury from the rapid descent into the back yard!

    Not to take away from the simulation of prostate issues while driving (quick, pull over so I can pee) in the middle of a highway, but can you do me a big favor and use your big foot to put down the toilet seat before you take a photo and post it on an MLS? TMI and all…

    How aobut the car-pooling advantages–Just hop the fence and meet your co-worker at the side of the freeway for an easy commute downtown–It is getting home at rush hour and trying to cross I-15 that poses the challange!
