We’re going to give talk radio another try on Monday night at 7:30pm!
You’ll meet wifey and some of the team, get a glimpse of HQ, and talk a little real estate – and I think it will be available via your Skype account too. If you have a specific topic that you’d like to hear discussed, leave it in the comment section here, and I’ll do my best.
For those who can’t make it, there will be a copy available later.
We’re also rolling out the bubbleinfo.com fan page on facebook. If you are interested, search for “bubbleinfo.com” on the facebook search field – once we have 25 people sign up as fans they’ll give us a direct link, hopefully sometime this year!
When will the reality tv show be launched?
Now if JtR had his own reality TV show, that would be one I would watch! *Chuckle* Jim, will your wife be talking to you Monday night after you tell her about the new car this weekend?

Vantage Point Default…
How can the market have it both ways at the same time? in your videos you’re correct to point out the outrageous costs for homes next to major roads (road noise!) or railroad tracks or lack of views. yet no real estate agent I have ever met will advise buyers to offer what the house is really worth; instead all the agents recommend offering above asking price, maybe 5% to 10% over. That’s like listening to the CEO of enron pump stock in his own bad investment. The market can’t have it both ways at the same time! Can’t attempt to pump up offering prices so sellers can be happy and expect homes to be valued properly!
“It’s really simple in hindsight to sit back and criticize, but when we first launched this building, we sold $180 million worth of real estate in one weekend — 320 units, so it proved it was the right location and the right time,” Klapstein said. “But we all know what happened to this economy, and no one expected it to be like it is now. It’s foolish to comment now when the economy is a total world apart from when we started this.”
Oh, we can comment all we want…. You think you’re better than any other speculator who didn’t see it coming? I think not. It was more like “right location, worst time in history”
If you could talk about the Encinitas/Leucadia west of the freeway market, that would be great.
I third the suggestion for a reality-show. My brother is working on one, and it starts filming this week. He was a mortgage broker for a while before that…I wonder if the two can be merged.
