More from the cutting room floor – where it probably should have stayed.
The beginning shot is of a brand new house in Vista that has sat vacant all year, looking for $3,700/month. You can bet its owner thinks the economy is really bad!

It’s been decades since this historic property was on the market. This is the home where Bugsy Siegel was gunned down on Linden Dr. He was leasing it for girlfriend Virginia Hill at the time. Thank you realtor Myra Nourmand for allowing me inside to document it for Vintage LA
Sounds like Steph is asking the city to play ...

Nice, but is it normal for an ice cream truck to drive with the side door open on the freeway?
“I love ice cream!” (JtR)
You want some REAL ice cream, Jim? In no particular order) try: (1) Gold & Black Organic (vanilla) at $4.99/pint, (2) Talenti ice cream or gelato (intensely flavored and uniquely creamy)–brand new– at $4.99/pint (on sale). I think the regular price is $5.99! I can’t wait to try the double dark chocolate or chocolate with cappuccino flavors. Then again, if you haven’t ever tried (#3) any flavor of McConnel’s of Santa Barbara fame, you deserve to!
Just my two cents, but these suggestions leave Haagen Dazs, Ben and Jerry’s, and Breyer’s (all owned by Pillsbury, Unilver and Nestles) melting by the side of the road.
*Sigh* I’m really torn IF I should even recommend any of these creamy delights, Jim, as we laugh about your source of success being due to your ice cream truck sightings.
*Chuckle* your legion of fans know the REAL reason for your success in real estate land, but I join you in the joys of mutual ice cream addiction. It’s my favorite addiction…
Happy Ending at 15th Street and Del Mar. I have spent dozens of hours hanging at that Starbucks!
That toilet was NASTY.
The music at the end made up for it.
