"Where do we begin..2020 has been a year for everyone. When COVID hit and shut down both my husband and my businesses, we were left with a mortgage and very little income coming in. We were stressed, scared and felt stuck. We made the hard decision to sell our home and move out of state. We contacted the Klinges' and spent a good hour going over what we hoped we could accomplish. Jim and Donna came over with comps in hand and suggestions on improvements to get our house ready for the market. It was overwhelming to think about, but Donna was there and one step ahead in every scenario. more "

"I cannot believe there are no reviews of Donna yet, ugh!! She is the secret sauce of the Jim Klinge/Donna Klinge combo! I will touch on Jim here, but Donna is why I'm so totally loyal to these two (no offense to Jim :)).

"Jim and Donna Klinge are by far the most professional, personable and responsive realtors I have ever worked with. They provide VIP concierge level service in every area of the process of selling your home. My home was marketed so successfully that we received an offer the day after our first and only open house. Thanks to Jim's pricing and negotiating, our house is now the highest sold in our community... more "

Electrifying!
Sorry! Couldn’t resist! 🙂
So if it’s banked owned, does that mean someone actually lived under those lines at one time? The TV reception must be terrible, even with cable!
Jim, all you need to do now is throw some tied together shoes over the lines. Only then will you make this home truly yours.
Two different kinds of buzz.
And just think–no need for expensive solar or timed lights in your front yard! Just throw a bunch of fluorescent tubes in the ground and light your way to your driveway.

P.S. In case you have no idea what I’m talking about… http://www.doobybrain.com/2008/02/03/electromagnetic-fields-cause-fluorescent-bulbs-to-glow/
Imagine if Aviara was not split in 1/2 by these powerlines, would be unstoppable appreciation like Carmel Valley! This is actually upper Aviara, wanna be Aviara under the SDGE easement Aviara. Black Rail would be 1M lots of .5 acre w/o these darn electricity carriers. Speaking of electricity and sports…howzabout those Padres last night up at Chavez Ravine! Nice game! And can someone just pull the plug on Merriman!!!???
hey jim random question here, something i’ve always wondered. do you have any idea why so many chargers live in poway? i would think they’d live in rsf or la jolla.
The reason so many Chargers live around Poway is because it has the cheapest (best values) big estates nearest Chargers park off the I-15.
I know people who were at Shawn’s house the other night and he is innocent.
Chargers would be idiots to let Merriman go after this season. I know every other team would love to have a defensive force like him. Btw he apparently got arrested for following the motto of “friends don’t let friends drive drunk” for not letting Tequila leave and get behind the wheel when she was totally wasted.
This seems like a desperate act to gain publicity by some no substance floozy – unfortunately it will work. I hope Merriman’s lawyers file a counter suite.
No charges will be filed against Shawne.
Her alleged TV fame ran out, and she’s desperate for attention.
Stay away from Tequila!!!
why would a NFL star want to hang out with this wannabe celebrity that is less than 5 feet tall with plastic parts? Shawne can do much much better…
$800k for that? Rofl.
It seems like every other house in my neighborhood is for sale right now, but they don’t show up on redfin. Seems odd to me.
I have no idea why Merriman hangs with trash like Tila. Hopefully he wises up.
It should be renamed, “Power Crest Rd?”
Seriously, if you offered me that house for free, I wouldn’t live there. Who in their right mind would let their children live under power lines like that?
oh ok that makes sense, thanks jim.
if the team moves to oceanside, do you think most of the players will live in temecula or what would be the cheapest place in that area?
If you were living in Quebec/Vermont/Maine/New Hamshire during the 1998 Ice Storm, those pylons would be on top of your house.
How are California pylons rated against earthquakes?
The “view” made me crack up.
“Electrifying! Sorry! Couldn’t resist!” (Francois)
hahaha! Years ago, in N CA, I remember seeing an agent’s printed hand out, and it was like that at the back of the home. The Realtor had put at the top of the page: ELECTRIFYING VIEW! I had to hand it to him–he told the truth and didn’t play any games. He knew it was “the elephant in the room” so he was brutally honest, and I respected him for that.
But any kind of electrifying view for me–Deal breaker! Just my two cents…
Wait a minute! I didn’t get much sleep last night, but…Is it just me or does the street name of “Ocean Crest” and those huge electrical lines send the wrong message to any prospective buyer? (Water + electricity–shock of your life!)
I was going to say “won’t the cops notice the drop from the line into your house”, but the last line of “you lost your mind because of the power lines” had me on the floor. Bravo.
Chargers go 8-8. Sorry.
sorryformylanguagebut
WHY THE F*CK DO THEY BUILD HOMES NEXT TO POWERLINES???????????????????????
Jim,
If people think those powerlines are close, show them some videos of Harbor Cliff condos here in Oside. As you’ve probably seen, there is one of the lower voltage, yet still huge, pylons about 20 feet from the corner of the northeast edge of that complex. You can see it from 76 really clearly when headed towards the beach and you look up to your left. I’m sure those residents can literally hear the snap, crackle and pop at all hours.
… oh, and I will apologize for the clod above who couldn’t at least use some key asteriks in his rant. He’s the guy who thinks it alright to grab your wife’s hoo-hoos at the party ‘just cause we are all cool with one another and it feels right’ (and of course he’s drunk )
I’ll add them, once I stop laughing. (hoo-hoos!)
I’ll add them, once I stop laughing. (hoo-hoos!) (JtR)
Me too, Jim, me too!
The power lines probably aren’t very dangerous, but the perception of future buyers would be the main reason not to buy one like that.

Actually, I live in Aviara and know exactly where these houses are. My neighbor was going to buy one on this street and I told him he was f###ing crazy because of that xmas tree powerline. That single story house your talking about is nothing compared to that big freaking house right next door to that gigantic power tower. I would never have bought next to that monster thing… Oh brother… how funny
