    My SWAG — way off on the low side — was based upon a simple extension of the sales rate at the time the contest was announced. Either I calculated entirely wrong (which is a distinct possibility) or things really ramped up later in the quarter.

    Jim, do they break the numbers down week-to-week within the quarter?

    Bahhhh – 300 units off. The power of the knife-catchers is strong. Though according to Jim’s recent posts, I should be jumping for joy. Interesting to see what Spring ’10 has in store for us.

    How long did that take to close escrow anyways? Is that typical of REOs?
