    Okay…. I can’t believe someone would pay $599k for that place. Maybe the really like trains or something. Or maybe they are planning to film the sequel to My Cousin Vinny.

    It is amazing to me, too.

    I think this spring-fling, knife-catchers’ rally has thrown a lot of reality out of the marketplace. Let’s see how things are after the summer….
