It’s going to be tomorrow night at 11:35pm, as long as these Somali pirates can take a night off, and there are no other breaking news stories to bump me.

Congrats, and don’t forget about us little people. Maybe you can work in your blog readers into your interview. For example something like; “There is no bubble here in this neighborhood although the next one down is like a chuck ponzi scheme and even the pillars are not safe and where I almost got bitten by a rob dawg and over at kingside avenue.”

Wow, you’ve gone national! Next thing you know, you’ll be on Oprah. 😉 Congrats Jim, all this attention is much deserved. You’ve been speaking the truth for a long time and now you’ve finally got the masses listening. Who knows, maybe the NAR will even start to cut you some slack. You know…now that you are a celebrity. Keep up the good work.
Thankfully there isn’t any live interview scheduled, but it might slip in Good Morning America too if they are bored and have nothing else to air. It seems like a slow news week though, so who knows?
The LA Times article has been syndicated around the world. Last week it was running in newspapers from Cape Cod to Bend, Oregon. This week from the Contra Costa Times to the Seattle Times to the Japan Times!
Go, Jimmy, go!
Thanks Jethro!
Make sure to let us know when it’s going to run.

Mike,
It’ll be on your local ABC channel, in SD it’s channel 10.
Jim, you giving the journalists t-shirts?
Just don’t let them make a reality tv show out of you! That’s the beginning of the end.
Way to go, Jim!!
I’m sensing a reality TV show…
😉
Wow! Who would have known people want to hear the truth?
Thanks for the great blog! I’ll be tuned in, just hope you don’t get bumped by a fire alarm or the lizard guy!
Here comes his Bravo reality show, “Million Dollar Foreclosure”. I expect a royalty for the use of the name 😉
Jim,
Is there a site like Zillow to Value the exposure you are getting lately? Geez! Off the charts you are! Cheers to that!
Speaking of Zillow, what are your thoughts on it? Does it matter? Does it value close in some cases? All?
My sister, a Seattle resident, called me yesterday to tell me that the article on Jim was in the paper there. She said, “Gee, and I met him too!”
I’ll have to remember to stop off on my way home and get some ice cream to eat during the piece!
Congrats Jim! Well deserved!
Congrats Jim!
“Jim the Realtor” reality show, here it comes!
“Sure could use an ice-cream truck right about now”–lol.
Don’t change a thing when you get famous, JtR.
