Hi-definition movies to sell homes – this one gives you enough to make you want more, which is the goal of marketing. It closed for $16,300,000 in April:
Real Estate Porn?

Wow, definitely more risqué than I’ve ever seen to sell a house. In that price point though… I can see a need to be very creative. Some of the model shots are cool while some of it is not very “classy” or seems like they are trying too hard. The house porn would appeal to singles but not so much to families. All in all… an interesting take on a hard to move property. I could see a growing trend happen towards HD action “mini-movies” to sell high price-point houses.
LAC, if you’re a man who can afford a 16 million dollar house, being married with a family doesn’t diminish the sales approach whatsoever. I think I can tell that real estate broker knows his market, owing to the incidentals included in the video.
The actress and rolls royce are well matched marketing accoutrements for a potential customer’s sensibilities:
A bit out of date, slightly used, but impressive enough.
Attractive choices for the successful middle-aged man on financial cruise control.
They seem to have spelled the model’s name wrong in the video:

Hi Daytrip,
Actually, I’m a woman with a family and I can tell you that it would not impress me at all if my realtor sent me a listing like that if I was searching for a home for my family. I’d also not want my young children to see the listing with me as I examined the home. The broker needs to keep the target audience in mind when sending the ad… or risk losing rapport with that client. For instance, the ad opens with a promament breast shot… lol… I guarantee there would be many clients who might be offended by realtor porn. There will also be some that think it’s great. The trick for the broker is to know who to send the porn to… 😉
I’ll take two please.
LOL! Two what??
