Chair Lift

Chair lifts are their own cottage industry, and you can spend more than $10,000 on the fancy ones. But you don’t hear much about removing them!

True to his word, Jim showed up at 8AM the Saturday after closing and helped me take down the chair lift that the sellers left in our new house. Took us about an hour to get it apart and into the garage. Talk about a full service Realtor, JtR even brought doughnuts!
