Is range pricing some sort of gimmick?
must b a bachelor pad. Like the mine beer frig.
Love the chin-up bar and mini-fridge. Do they come with the house?
It’s pretty craptastic for a million bucks. I know much better places for 1.4M. But, if you want to bulldoze the place, is that 950 a reasonable price? Seems high to me, but what do I know?
The owner is smoking some bad weed. Or maybe PT Barnum was right.
Over priced turkey, unless #2 is right and the chin up bar and mini dorm fridge come with the house.
