I don’t think Fannie Mae has grasped the idea of discounting the amount owed and putting a competitive opening bid on the ‘steps – that’s why they own 901.

Jim, anything cooking in San Marcos? We still get the ocean breezes and it’s a tad bit cheaper out here and _most_ of the houses don’t have fireplace in front.

These videos are done while on the job, and I haven’t had any work happening in San Marcos this year, other than looking at the house for sale next door to the Scarface house last weekend. Next time I’m there I’ll try to capture the essence?
