The before pictures of when the flipper bought it showed a lot of wear and tear on the inside. I even remember seeing water damage on the ceiling. At least they scraped the popcorn off the ceiling. I sincerely doubt this flipper spent any money on repairing what you don’t see.
There is going to be a standoff between the roots of the giant tree in the back and the wall of the pool in the near future. The tree will win every time.
paint and flooring will work miracles this day and age.
