This typifies today’s flipper – get a deal on a lazy short-sale, add lipstick, boast of the improvements (“completely remodeled from top to bottom’), and shoot for outrageous profit.  What a country!

    The before pictures of when the flipper bought it showed a lot of wear and tear on the inside. I even remember seeing water damage on the ceiling. At least they scraped the popcorn off the ceiling. I sincerely doubt this flipper spent any money on repairing what you don’t see.

    There is going to be a standoff between the roots of the giant tree in the back and the wall of the pool in the near future. The tree will win every time.
