I think the shut down is slowing things down in RE as well.
If it was my house I would at least give it until the shut-down/default thing was over and see if there were any takers (maybe a few weeks) before I lowered the price but that is just me.
Actually I think all of CV is just over priced but hey, I never did feel the need to live there so what do I know.
