O.K….so I’m a nitpicker….but the view is marred by the power lines. Yes, it’s a healthy price for limited space, but it’s nice enough. However, given that it’s a “slice” view over the other homes, the power lines kinda take away from it. Otherwise…
Wires diminish the view’s value, then subtract for freeway noise and it’s about a wash.
