I’m glad to see this! I also really like the fact that the developments are pretty cool and look nice. The bakery is great and they also serve food. Fish 101 is fantastic.
They’re going to redo the entire roadway, creating roundabouts, lowering the speedlimit and eliminating one lane….kind of like Del Mar.
I think there is a lot of promise and it’s going well….they recently planted 100 trees all along that stretch. There’s also a big development going on at Ashbury & Vulcan.
I grew up in Leucadia and love it…but it didn’t really have a lot of places to eat that were walking distance. I think there is a bright future for Leucadia and the shops/restaurants now are great.
