There are at least three things, and that’s one of them.

    T-shirt to Stephen.

But that’s not the main one.

  2. Anonymous

A quick shot of the street address.

No missing hardware or fixtures in a REO.

You caught crabs just walking through the place.

  3. Jim the Realtor

The first two of your guesses were covered in yesterday’s video. The third hasn’t been confirmed yet!

  4. Rob Dawg

Jim, you have to get a Davis & Sanford Steady Stick.

  5. topdog

is there someone like you in LA?

my guess is you caught a shot of yourself in the mirror?

  6. REB

Someone else was with you in the walkthrough.
Reflection at entry and flash of feet in living room.

  7. Charles

Huge mirror in the master bath, you can see yourself while sitting on the john doing business.

  8. jbirdfunk

A successful cash for keys REO?

  9. Jim the Realtor

REB got it! Bubbleinfo.com T-shirt for you!

  10. ToadB

The kitchen cabinets are black as opposed to the usual white.

  11. No_Such_Reality

Here I was thinking there’s no foreclosure chirp…

  12. ToadB

And, yes, there was definitely a second person present.

  13. Dwip

Yeah, who was that anyway? I think it’s a guy who randomly holds up cue cards that say “Tile with international flair,” “DEE-troit river,” or “Mold-like substance.”

  14. Mozart

I was thinking the foreclosure chirp too.

  15. Jim the Realtor

    hmmmm…

He lone-rangers 100+ in a row, and now has someone with him?

Or someones? (listen to the footsteps)

    hmmmm………..

The third item was the approximate price.

This isn’t on the market yet, which, I believe, is the first time I’ve ever exposed one of my listings here by video prior to having a price.

  16. no bubble here

Man, I have to get up earlier on Saturdays. REB, be sure to ask for an autographed T-shirt.

  17. sdbri

What’s the point of double sinks if they’re facing each other and only one can be used at a time?

And wow to the facade at the fireplace..even Disneyland will brick around the corner a little.

  18. GameAgent

You had Peter Hong with you on a prior video. This is not a first.

  19. Megan

the white bunny in the backyard

  20. Rob Dawg

    First one with a half-pipe.
First one with a screen door on the front. (IIRC there was one with a security door.)

  21. shoppingaround

    sdbri,

It’s not very helpful to have facing sinks like that; but at least there’s that demarcation between “my stuff” and “yours.”
    😉

  22. Geotpf

Didn’t you have an LA Times reporter with you on one of the other videos?

  23. jbirdfunk

Hey I was there at the Chula house vid! Maybe you had your new agent with you.

  24. Jim the Realtor

GameAgent, the first to mention Peter Hong, yep, that’s right, even his voice is in the video. How could I forget the guy who made me?

Dawg, credit for the half-pipe, though I had the bong house photo which was more of a full-pipe. I had a screen door at the Vista condo.

jbirdfunk, you’re right, you were there at the Chula Vista video, and hat tip for your appearance as the one-penny-at-a-time guy at the toll booth.

You three have a T-shirt coming too. Winners, send me your addresses!

Megan, I didn’t see a bunny, but I send you a T-shirt anyway. For the women I have “Happy Wife, Happy Life” shirts, is that OK?

  25. Jim the Realtor

P.S. I inadvertently catch myself in too many mirrors/windows, this wasn’t the first time. Remember the downtown Vista video were my ’66 Chevy truck first appeared? There’s a shot of my snow-white feet wearing sandals in that one.

  26. Susan

    I am too late… can I get a t-shirt too? I am a fan of your blog!!

  27. Bill

No ice cream truck in the video!!!

  28. DOUG S.

Hey JTR, I’ll gladly BUY one of the “happy wife, happy life”, size xl. Anyone surving 5 mo. of a salvage project similar to ours is sure to understand!

  29. June Davies

The front door was closed – most you have standing open and ready.
