Exempt single family home owners/mortgagers who reside in a 1000+ ft^2 home in a now blighted area from state and local income tax on their first quarter million dollars for 30 years and see the neighborhood get revitalized without urban planners.
It’s a pretty bold idea, and it certainly looks like if it would happen, it would be decades before anyone takes a step towards realization. Although, the closed space between buildings makes me wonder if it would be an environmental concern?
