    That’s almost another headbanger entryway. Someone will buy it and live in it and probably not fix any of that stuff till it all falls apart but that is indeed a tear down. Ugh!

    The water stain on the office ceiling really bothers me, but there seems to be pretty good natural light and a pretty good deployment of windows and space. I like this one much better than the weird one here

    that somehow manages to have soaring ceilings while at the same time looking dark and cramped. Not sure how they did that…

    Hideous. In the past you’ve mentioned that a particular house could be a tear-down and I’ve disagreed because maybe it was salvageable or just had a certain charm. This time, you’re correct. Awful…and I see that the other neighbors are keeping their places looking good.

    I got a kick out of the master bath. I once stayed in the “Presidential Suite” of a hotel in Belgrade on our way to a Kosovo garden spot. It had the exact shower!
