We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. Love the sign. Was thinking of doing something similar. It is so annoying this can’t be fixed. Every time it rains they close it down and we have to drive much farther to get on the freeway. We had a center divider damaged nearby and I had to submit 12 requests over 8 years to get the city to come fix it.
