I don’t know about an indoor pool in a location where summers can be humid, but I guess 24/7 summer AC isn’t an issue for anyone who can afford this place.

The homes there are much more beautiful there. Try looking up Darien (where we have a house), New Canaan, Greenwich or Bedford or any other community.
Sure, it does get cold. I’ve felt -5 and 103 (with obscene humidity), but the special location and feel make up for it.
Definitely a beautiful spot, and a fairly quick hit to NYC.
Once did some research on indoor pools. Unless they have some world class de-humidifiers in that house they’re going to be seeing drywall crumbling and nails rusting in a few years.
