I love Bonsall. Good family friends live out there and work with race horses. Their house is 3,500 sqft on 5 acres overlooking a lush valley…it’s super quiet and just a different experience from north county coastal! It’s also quite a bit cheaper.
This house has good views but the backyard is a bit tight…I say take down that fence.
