Haha, if you buy that house there will be hands coming at you from all directions with “offers you cant refuse”.
In France they do the same thing but the hands sticking out hide behind permit approvals.
If I wanted to live in a different country I’d just rent and let the locals deal with each other. Or maybe buy a house through some kind of offshore type business and have a local property management business handle the locals.
