Robot-Made Homes

For those who wouldn’t mind moving to Arizona if you could find a brand-new home for less than $300,000, you should check out this new-home tract in Casa Grande.

It’s called part of the Phoenix Metro area, but if you’re going to central Pho-town, you better pack a lunch. P.S. They need to come up with a better name than ‘printed’ homes – it sounds like you are making them out of paper, not concrete poured by a ‘full-stack automated robotic assembly’.

“Extruded” homes is less a selling point. Autostructs? Homebot assemblies?

As long as there’s a place to keep my Metamucil.

What irks is the region begs for below ground construction and no one deserves these “snout houses” in this day.

Why highlight that the houses were built by a robot? Buyers dont care how it was made or who made it. All they care about is if it will last and is built using quality materials.

Nerds need to get out of the marketing / sales cycle + let professionals lead the way.
