The assault on the record book continues!

We have the most homes for sale since before covid – when pricing was less:

Yet, 500+ homeowners are scoffing at those gains – they want more!

The $0 – $2,000,000 Market:

  1. Oldtimer

That chart going vertical and the the succinct price table is worth more than a 1000 words.
The chart screams that sh..is about to hit the fan and the price table shows the obscene orgy of asset speculation on a basic necessity that are homes, all courtesy of our politicized and incompetent Fed.
Give young people a chance to buy homes and start families, let assets prices crash, no more bailouts.

  2. Shadash

Theres winners and theres losers in every transaction. Just because a house went down in perceived “value” doesn’t mean its the end of the world.

Give it 6 months to a year and the people that sold at a loss now will seem like geniuses when the prices have gone down even further.

  3. Old School

Timber? Maybe? Time will tell. Some people have to sell and price discovery is the name of the game. Limbo: how low can you go, how low can you go….
