   Haha, Matt and Trey are awesome + this is coming from a CSU grad that was close friends with several CU people that were close with them.

   For those that dont know Southpark is a real place + Trey grew up in Conifer which is right by what people consider Southpark.

   I’m glad they finally went after realtors. Should have happened 2008ish. Southparks blunt in your face comedy is amazing.

   Another fyi is that Matt and Trey are about to reopen Casa Bonita. Its everything you’ve imagined it would be and more. Like if Disneyland had a baby with Tijuana.

   Anyone who thinks SD is pricy need only check out this island. Oahu. A shack in the tsunami zone is millions. Plural.
